Groundcover
Wintercreeper
Euonymus fortunei
A reliable and versatile groundcover that suppresses weeds with its dense, glossy foliage — cultivars range from plain green to cream- and gold-variegated forms that brighten shaded corners through the coldest months. It will scramble upward against a wall if given the opportunity, doubling its design utility in smaller gardens.
