Giant Scabious
Cephalaria gigantea
A towering perennial with pale primrose-yellow pincushion flowers borne on slender, branching stems that sway and catch the light with exceptional grace in meadow or prairie plantings. Its see-through, transparent quality makes it a masterful back-of-border plant that adds height without ever feeling oppressive.
